Nicole Masters
Systems Thinker + Agroecologist
Speaker | Author | Coach
Every room Nicole enters is stuck somewhere: overwhelm, resignation, the sense that nothing can be done. She skips the doom-and-gloom script and gets audiences unstuck, fast, moving toward what's actually possible for their businesses, their communities, and the planet.
She doesn't perform a talk. She starts a shift.
"Nicole's willingness to help rebuild our former relationship with our ecosystems; starting from where they are at now, and doing so in a way that inspires and enables... cannot be matched."
Zach Ducheneaux, USDA Farm Service Agency Administrator (2021–24) & Executive Director, Intertribal Agriculture Council
